Video testimonies about Uncorked Wellness - I need your help!
I thought it might be helpful to let you know the links to videos I've done about my experience with Uncorked products.
There is one about weight loss, another about the sleep-helping supplement Dream, and a general introductory video.
There's also a whole Uncorked Youtube channel, with great testimonials from people who have more experience than I do. There are even a few testimonials along with a lot of product information at www.genesistech.us.
With all that said, I am needing to know what people are interested in hearing about. Please leave a comment and let me know what products you would like to know more about or what questions you have about Uncorked Wellness. I'm also curious if people prefer articles or videos or some of both. I would welcome your feedback on that as well.
Thanks for your help!
P.S. I'm working on a newer blog with an updated look. It will have a lot of information about a variety of supplements. Check out the work-in-progress at: genesishealth.biz.

Must-have supplements to make you feel better, part 1
I decided that I would start a series of posts about the most effective supplements that I take (or have taken) to help with different problems. I want to start with those supplements that I really miss if I don't take them, the ones that without a doubt make a difference for me.
The first one is a supplement that I have taken for several years after hearing about it from Dr. Don Colbert. It helps both those who suffer from depression and those who have joint pain, lower back pain, fibromyalgia, and other pain issues. Since I have battled a few of those issues, I figured this one was definitely worth a try.
It's name? Kind of a strange name - Sam-e, also written SamE. It's longer name is S-Adénosyl Méthionine, but that's why they gave it a nickname. It has been used in Europe since the late 1970s and 1980s, and I learned about it in the U.S. in the late 1990s. It is something that our bodies make naturally, but some people don't make enough of it for various reasons, and supplementing with extra can be helpful. There is a pretty decent basic writeup of SamE at WebMD. I thought that I would share more specifically my experience with SamE for this blog.
I took SamE off and on for several years, as a part of trying various natural remedies for both depression and pain. I take 400 mg, once a day in the morning. For the last few years, I have realized how important it is for me in battling back pain. It is best to take SamE on an empty stomach, which is easiest for me to accomplish first thing in the morning. The tricky part is that if I have an especially hectic morning or if I am just especially groggy, I forget to take it. Then, late in the afternoon or early in the evening, I start wondering what I did to make my back hurt more than usual that day. I review activities and can't think of anything strenuous, but then if I check my supply of SamE, I normally find that the reason for the stiffness is that I forgot to take my SamE that morning.
I know that SamE also helps me have a better mood, which is the primary reason that I initially tried it to be honest, but at this point in time, I'm not having major struggles with depression, so that effect is more subtle. I think if I were to go without SamE for a few weeks, I would notice the difference, but what I rely on it most for is the pain management aspect, which is noticeable in maybe 10 hours at the most.
The only caution that I am aware of with SamE is the same as with almost any supplement that can help depression sufferers, which is the possibility of getting too much serotonin if the person is already on antidepressant medication. It is very common to take supplements along with antidepressants, but it might be wise to start with a smaller dose of SamE and also to double-check with your physician if you are on medication that effects serotonin levels, just to be cautious. It is my understanding that it would take awfully high doses of both the supplements and the medication to cause problems associated with having too much serotonin, but I mention it just to be on the safe side. My goal initially was to use supplements in place of antidepressants, and it worked out great for me. The supplements I used didn't have any of the negative side effects that the medications did.
I buy SamE from different sources. You can actually buy it at Walmart, Dillons, etc., but I normally order it online for a better price from Vitacost.com. I have hyperlinked my favorite brand on this Vitacost link. I don't currently receive any money in return for the link; I am just trying help people find a good product at a good cost. Maybe some day they will pay me for the link :) I would note that you may be ahead to start with just 200 mg and see if that helps you.

Introduction to Uncorked Wellness
I'm excited to get started on this blogging journey. I have been researching many different natural solutions for health issues for years, and have decided to keep a blog with what I find in order to share with others whenever I find something effective.
The latest products I've been very impressed with are the Uncorked line of products. In fact, I am so impressed that I became a representative just shortly after trying them. This blog will be a place for other product reviews and recommendations, as well as sharing scientific studies and referrals to other health blogs, but I have to admit that what finally motivated me to get started with all this writing is that I am selling Uncorked, so that is what the first post or two will be about. If for some reason you're not interested in Uncorked, please do check back later.
So now for the story of how I heard about Uncorked:
We were at a Kingdom Business Association Destiny Weekend at Moravian Falls, North Carolina, and Lance Wallnau was one of the main speakers. He offered samples of Dream to those of us who were having trouble sleeping. Dream has a special combination of Melatonin plus eight other great sleep-helping supplements that help you get a great night's sleep. I was sleeping great that night until the fire alarm went off, but even then I noticed that I had no trouble waking up and going downstairs in that situation. I was impressed that I not only slept well, but then wasn't too groggy to be able to get up quickly when needed.
The next day, I was able to try the signature product, the Uncorked powder that you mix with liquid to make a great healthy energy drink. I had great energy for the rest of the conference, even being able to hang in there and pay attention while sitting still for hours at a time after having that same fire alarm go off two nights in a row in the middle of the night. We ordered our first batch of products not long after we got home, and I am finding that Uncorked works more effectively than other energy-boosting supplements I have tried. It has a blend of superfruits that are packed with antioxidants, as well as 3 kinds of ginseng and some green coffee bean. I have taken several of the individual elements before, but not this high of a quality and not all together in this unique blend. This is the most effective thing I have found for energy, and I will be blogging more about how I've had thyroid issues, adrenal fatigue, and some degree of chronic fatigue, so as you can imagine, I've tried a lot of different supplements. I also have greatly reduced sugar cravings. It seems to be somewhat of an appetite suppressant for me personally. I have started losing weight already, at least 5 pounds at this point, and that is not something that has come easy for me in years, and I've tried almost every supplement out there. With the greater energy, I am being more active, and that helps too. My fitbit is happier with me these days, for sure.
There are other great products as well. I'll write more in the future about the Revive multivitamin with probiotics, Enerlean (for energy and to fight fat), and Detox. And I can't say enough about the company itself. This is a great group of people. They donate a portion of profits to help fight human trafficking, use disabled workers and veterans to help with the products, and it’s all made in America, no GMO, all natural, etc.
You can read more about the products at my website at http://www.genesistech.us, and you can even order a sample pack of all the products for $10 (plus shipping) and give them a try for yourself. Or you can hit me up for a free sample when you see me, as I usually have some with me.
